I have been delighted with our drivers this season. Sam and Jaime have proven to be among the fastest and tenacious of competitors within a talent packed grid. It has been vitally important for me to allow the drivers to display their characters and therefore their true potential on and off track, I believe this allows them to relax and concentrate on the business of being the fastest drivers and team on track. I took this picture of Sam at the start of the season, I realised that my efforts to relax the drivers had succeeded.
